Exhibiting Company – $350.00
This rate is reserved for any companies who are already exhibiting at SciX. If you are not exhibiting and you click on this registration type, we will invoice you the non-exhibitor rate.

-8' skirted table with 2 chairs

The SciX Career Fair is growing! New to this year, we will have a designated area of the exhibit hall our career fair and it will be open to the public.

Companies who are already exhibiting at SciX can rent a table for $350. Companies who are not exhibiting can rent a table for $550. These rates include:

1 lunch ticket per table per day
8' skirted table with 2 chairs

The career fair will take place when the hall is open on Tuesday, October 22 from 9:30am- 5:00pm and Wednesday, October 23 from 9:30am- 4:00pm.

No electrical outlets are provided and exhibition of products and other trade show Expo materials is strictly prohibited; however, You may display a pull-up banner or backdrop if desired.
